After reports of iPhone 4S was showing up in Apple’s inventory system and iTunes 10.5 Beta 9, now according to new news iPhone 5 and 4S temporarily appearing on Bell Cincinnati’s website.

There were blank Images. First was iPhone 5 with 32GB internal memory is priced at $639.99. It has an 8 megapixel camera, a 4” screen and 4G Data Speeds and the second was iPhone 4S 16GB with a 5megapixel camera, a 3.5” screen along with a dual-core A5 processor priced at $99.99.

The news came from TUAW who received an image from one of their readers:
TUAW reader Cory L. sent us an image today that he had captured from his web browser while perusing the i-Wireless prepaid cell phone section of the Cincinnati Bell website. The screenshot shows a placeholder for an iPhone 5 with no image and no “Add to basket” purchase button.
