Posting photos to social networks, sending photos via email etc. your need may vary from the others need but photos captured with Digital Cameras, Mobiles phones or the computers graphics have big file size and it’s very difficult to share on social media sites or to email. So we have to resize the image to publish on social media website or to email. There are lots of software to resize images; FreeSizer is the one of them, this freeware is very simple yet effective to resize images and works in Windows XP/Vista/7.

The software comes with various Smart profiles like Email, Social Networks etc. for example if you want to share images on Facebook  then just select “Social Networks” profile for resizing or to send pictures through email select “Email” profile.  After that FreeSizer calculates the estimated file size of resized images.

How to Use FreeSizer?

Using this utility is very easy. With Drag and drop feature you have to just drag and drop image files from Windows Explorer to the FreeSizer Interface then select the smart “Resizing Profile” . After that Click “Start Resizing” button and images will be resized and saved to same folder with _resized appended to the original file name from by default but you can change the output location from program setting.
