The set of icons is composed of 82 files, they correspond to the 41 icons in two different resolutions: 32px 16px. They have also taken these icons and built into Free WordPress plugin called ZillaSocial. This is another set of resources that I recommend downloading.

WP Minify is WordPress plugin created by madeinthayaland. This plugin integrates the Minify engine into your WordPress blog . Once you enabled WP Minify, the plugin will combine and compress JavaScript and CSS files which improve page load time. The Minify engine then returns a consolidated, minified, and compressed script or style for WP Minify to reference in the WordPress header.

This plugin no longer exist on WordPress directory so I posted the article. The download link of WP Minify WordPress plugin was taken down because of unknows issue.
